Bay Shore Development was established in 1991. We primarily constructed decks and fences. In 1996 we expanded into remodeling, handyman services and general carpentry.
The State of Wisconsin delegates a building permit issuance to New Franken Building Inspection Office.

Prior to issuing a Garage Doors permit, the City of New Franken is required by the State of Wisconsin to verify that a contractor possesses or employs at least one individual who holds both a dwelling contractor qualifier certification ( from the Department of Safety and Professional Services) and the State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification.
If the property in question is within 1000 feet of a lake or within 300 feet of a river or stream, a Shoreland Permit must be obtained first from Brown County.
