I am 41 years old, I have a higher technical education, experience in managing a team of 25 people in the maintenance of an apartment building. My best experience was while managing the construction of my own house. I invested my money for myself. All my mistakes are the loss of my money. All my achievements are the feeling that I was able to realize it. I was responsible for everything - from the selection and development of a house project with architects, to the design and implementation of each stage of building a house with contractors. The engineering systems of the house were the most difficult stages, but they were successfully completed. It took 3 years and I gained practical experience in all areas of construction. During construction, I had to delve into all the subtleties of each stage in order to control the entire process. And I know from my own experience how important it is for a homeowner to choose the right local contractor for the job.
All this helps me to implement the LocalProBook project. I am sure it will be a successful and popular service.
