Customer Project Information. We collect project information that customer provide to us including name, email, phone, City, zip code, address, project description, customer project photos when the customer submits the project to the Platform.
Discussing a Project. We collect all the details of the project discussion between the contractor and the customer, including photos, price offers of the project and the timing of the project.
We automatically collect technical data provided by your internet browser or application when you interact with our Platform, such as browser type, browser language, device type, IP address, screen resolution and OS version, referring and requested URLs. We also collect information about how you use our Platform, including the pages you view, search actions, how you navigate and interact with a page or screen.

Having a LocalProBook account allows professionals to share information about their business with visitors. Visitors have the opportunity to find, contact and view the profile of any contractor participating in the LocalProBook platform. Almost all information from contractor profile is public and available to any visitor to our platform. Only email is hidden from any visitors or users of the Platform.
If a visitor creates a project on our platform, the project information is automatically shared with the contractors our platform has selected as the best fit for the successful completion of that project. Any of these contractors can request additional information, both graphical and textual. The contractor's request and the customer's response to this request are information about the project and are available to all contractors with whom the platform has shared the project. The contractor can also make a quote only the customer can see.
We may change this policy at any time. If we believe that the changes are significant, we’ll let you know by doing one (or more) of the following: (i) posting the changes on or through the Services, (ii) sending you an email or message about the changes, or (iii) posting an update in the version notes on the Apps’ platform. If you have an online account on our platform, you have the ability to update your personal information by logging into your account. Once you disable your account, you will not be able to log into our website or access any of your personal information.
