Bren-Mark was started by the husband and wife team of Brenda & Don Markovich. (Actually a franchise called FISH Window Cleaning.) When starting their business in 1999, Brenda was responsible for all the sales and Don did all the cleaning. Brenda was so good at her job that, within weeks, Don was quickly overwhelmed which lead to the hiring of their first employee. The business garnered performance and achievement awards every year from the franchise through 2009.
In 2010, the 10 year contract with the franchise was fulfilled and the business was re-branded to Bren-Mark Window Cleaning. Today it employs 20-30 employees, depending on the season. Over the years it has experienced steady growth which, in large part, can be attributed to literally thousands of repeat customers and dozens of great employees.
