Born and raised in the great State of Washington, Scott Mathews, the Owner, started Gutter Kings Construction in 2012 after living in Western Washington (with all the rain) and Eastern Washington (with all the wind) He understood the importance of understanding our weather and how to properly manufacture & Install rain Gutters. Being native to the State, he has gone over and above with his quality installations of seamless rain gutters and roof systems.
