Vincent Youndt, current President of Vertex Mechanical Inc, worked alongside his father, Ray, since he was eleven years old. After graduating high school in 1989, Vincent and his father formed a partnership, Ray Youndt and Son. In February of 2002 Vertex Mechanical, Inc was created and Vincent was named the President of the company. Vincent and his father Ray began installing geothermal heat pump in1985.
