Three generations of the Skradski family have been serving the comfort needs of Omaha since 1951. We are a family owned business and we take pride in a job well done.
Frank Skradski started in the heating and air conditioning business on South 24th Street in 1951. His son, John Skradski took over for his father in 1986 and, as the business grew, relocated it two more times within two blocks of his father's original shop. We are now located off 25th and Q streets at 5115 S. 25th Street in Omaha over-looking the Kennedy Freeway.
In 2011, John's son Corey made the decision to enter the family business becoming the third generation of the Skradski family to serve your needs.
We can handle any type of heating or cooling job- residential, commercial, maintenance, and repair. Our experienced technicians are licensed, bonded and insured for your protection.
