In 1955, Clarence Schmitt began to provide the Evansville area with trusted service that wouldn't break the bank. Clarence's son Jerry eventually succeeded his father and grew his business reputation while still holding on to his fathers business model. In 2001 Brian Schmitt continued the family business with his wife, Tracy, bringing Brian Schmitt Heating and Cooling to the tri-state area. To this day, our family has provided the tri-state area with trusted service by experienced professionals and will continue to do so for generations to come.
