Born in Lexington, Kentucky, Jim liked to play with the tools in his dad's workshop for hours on end. He would tear things apart just to see how they worked and then put them back together again. In November 1989, he moved to the Kansas City area and became an official midwesterner. He has worked on heating and air conditioning units in thousands of KC area homes and businesses for over 20 years, and through those years of experience he has prided himself in giving honest, quality service to each and every customer.
