Our story began in a home located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. The home was owned by Michael & Susan Johnson who, along with their son Jason, formed Johnson & Johnson Heating and Air Conditioning in 1988. The company was originally formed to supplement Michael's full-time job and allow Jason to pay for college. As time went on, more & more customers began to rely heavily on the Johnson family for all their HVAC needs. During this time Jason decided his calling was to work alongside his father & give back to the community that he had called home for over 25 years. The company remained family operated until 2012 when Michael and Susan began working towards retirement. Thus, Jason was afforded the opportunity to run the establishment & formulate a plan to achieve his vision. His vision was to change the industry standard by raising the bar both for technical capabilities & customer service.
