Family-owned and managed, Middleton Heat & Air was founded by Chuck and Anita Middleton in 1976 in Bryant, Arkansas. With rather humble beginnings, they had a dream in mind--and hard work paid off! The long tradition of keeping our customers comfortable and providing them with excellent quality keeps them coming back year after year.
Today, after over 35 years, Middleton Heat & Air is one of Arkansas' largest, most trusted and innovative service companies in the state. We have seen major technological advances, market changes, product advances and widespread industry growth. But through the years we have maintained our dedication to each and every customer. We started out just building transmissions and have added full auto repair and maint. We are also now selling Bad Boy zero turn lawn mowers. And we service what we sell.

A residential builders license is for single-family residence to be built
A residential remodelers license is for major structural changes to a single-family residence to be made.
A home improvement license is for performing special jobs in a single-family home such as painting, roofing, flooring, etc.
