By 2010, the Grundy's were ready to retire; Edward Bailey purchased Air Services Unlimited and began expanding the service range and capacity of the business to include heavy commercial customers as well as refrigeration and ice machines. We have also expanded our service offerings to include blown in attic insulation, air duct inspection and cleaning, annual chiller and boiler services, preventative maintenance agreements, as well as indoor air quality testing. Today, Air Services Unlimited is your one stop for all your Heating, Ventilation, A/C, and refrigeration needs. We pride ourselves in customer service, and 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed!

By Louisiana law contractors need to get a home improvement registration to perfrom any home improvement projects over $7,500 but not in excess of $75,000 including labor and materials. Contractor's registration is valid for one year once it is issued. A home improvement registration does NOT cover swimming pools.
