Molitor Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is a family owned and operated company founded in 1991, in Naperville, Illinois by Ted and Janet Molitor. Prior to that time, Ted learned the plumbing trade beginning in 1983 by training as an apprentice while attending classes provided by the DuPage Local 514 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. Experience gained in the highly competitive Chicago market enabled Molitor Plumbing to bring that knowledge and experience to Northwest Illinois. The Molitors acquired property near Stockton, Illinois in 1991 which paved their way to relocate the plumbing business in beautiful Jo Daviess County. Today, Molitor Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is a licensed contractor proudly serving residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural clients in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Originally started by Bob and Margaret Rowand in Ridott, IL. The business name is a combination of their first names. The business quickly grew over the years requiring several additions to our original shop location. After 27 years we outgrew our original location in Ridott and relocated our offices to our current location in Freeport to better service our customers. We have continued to grow and expand our service knowledge and products over the years.
