We emphasize on treating all customers with respect and providing exceptional customer service. Hall's works on a flat rate fee, so you pay per job and not by the hour. We prefer this over hour labor rates. For a reasonable diagnostic charge we can then tell you what is wrong with your system and can give you the exact cost for that repair. You don't have to be concerned about how much the repair will be when it is done. The flat rate works well for us as well. We like to take our time and perform the repair properly, safely and correctly the first time, so we don't have to rush through the service and maybe forget to do something that may compromise the system or may require a call back. We also like to get to know our customers. We want to walk in and be able to talk with you for a few minutes. We want you to be pleased with the service we provide.
