Air Services Unlimited was started in 1981 by Phil and Bonnie Grundy. The main focus was on residential and multi-family work with some light commercial customers rounding out their customer base. By 2010, the Grundy's were ready to retire; Edward Bailey purchased Air Services Unlimited and began expanding the service range and capacity of the business to include heavy commercial customers as well as refrigeration and ice machines. We have also expanded our service offerings to include blown in attic insulation, air duct inspection and cleaning, annual chiller and boiler services, preventative maintenance agreements, as well as indoor air quality testing. Fowler's started in 2008 by Dale Fowler serving Sabine Parish with over 30 years experience. Training his stepson Jeremy Harrison to carry on the traditional values of Fowler's Heating & A/C. We carried our name to the Leesville area to support our Local Hero's!
