Our first branch office was opened for Colonna-Sandroni, Inc. (CSI) in June of 1985. The business was moved from the President's residence to leased space in Appleton, in 1986. The Vice President joined CSI in December of 1987. The business moved again in 1989 to Valley Road, Menasha and in May of 2007 to its present location, 844 Ehlers Road, Neenah, WI 54956. This move provided more comfortable and spacious working conditions and allowed room for future growth. In 1992 the decision was made to purchase the Appleton operation from CSI. At the closing of the purchase transaction, which occurred January 1, 1993, the Appleton operation of CSI changed its name to Access, Inc. Access stands for Air Conditioning & Critical Equipment Support Systems. In 2016 Acess, Inc. purchased Computer Support Technologies of Detroit, MI. Since the purchase, the Michigan office has moved to Farmington Hills and the company has grown to over 50 employees.

Prior to issuing a HVAC permit, the City of Plainfield is required by the State of Wisconsin to verify that a contractor possesses or employs at least one individual who holds both a dwelling contractor qualifier certification ( from the Department of Safety and Professional Services) and the State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification.
