Our business started in West Palm Beach Florida, when another company Joe was working for closed due to recession. We opened our own, and have been going strong since, in 2011 we moved back to the Kentuckiana area and opened Joe's Appliance Service, llc It will be a pleasure to serve!
Smith Electric HVAC, Inc. has been serving south central Kentucky since 1975. From the start, our family owned and operated business has been based on our Christian principles of honesty, integrity, and honest work for honest pay. This has earned us a reputation as the company that does it "The Right Way". We are proud of several achievements and awards. We have twice won Koch Air's dealer of the year award in 2004 and 2007. We became a Koch Air "Blue Ribbon Dealer" in 1998. We maintained that status until it was replaced in 2005 when we became a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer, the first year that authorization was available. Less than 20% of CARRIER dealers nationwide achieve that status. Our commitment to the environment is reflected by several Top Performer Puron Sales awards from as far back as 2000. These recognize our sales of units utilizing the environmentally friendly PURON (R-410A) refrigerant.
