21 years ago I started learning the hardwood flooring trade.I worked as a help, sweeping, cleaning, doing whatever my supervising contractor needed me to do to make sure the floors looked beautiful when they were done. After about a year of this, my boss began teaching me the trade and being a fast learner I picked it up quite easily. It was like second nature to me, I quickly became my supervisors go to guy and I was able to provide all his customers with quick and top quality performance when installing floors. Unfortunately, years later business was slow and I had to move on from the company I started with. After that, I realized that I had to go out and try to make it on my own. I started my own business with my brothers and 17 years later we are still making homes look beautiful.
