Pioneer Basement has been serving the metros of Boston, Hartford, Springfield, Worchester and Providence for over 36 years.
Starting out as a 1 man operation it has now grown to a business with over 65 employees, full service staff, a dedicated crew of technicians, service staff, and project managers.
With years of experience correcting basement water and moisture issues, Pioneer Basemetn's owner, Steve Andras, developed his own waterproofing system, specifically designed to compensate for what other waterproofing systems weren't addressing.
Pioneer offers Grate Drain TM a patented fully closed and sealed basement waterpoofing system to all of it's customers. Completely modular, the system is easily expanded or custom designed to fit the customer needs. There hasn't been a job large or small enough that the GratDrain, installed by Pioneer Basement hasn't been able to handle.
