Sir Grout is a franchise started in 2005, but the original concept was started several years earlier when one of the company founders rented a commercial steamer, rounded up some cleaning products and went to work on his dirty looking tile floor. The results were very good. What started as a personal crusade for clean grout was turned into a business. In 2006, the company introduced new cleaning methods and equipment and also introduced the Sir Grout Color Seal process. This new process provides a permanent seal to protect grout against spills, stains, mold and mildew. It also allows customers to restore or even completely change the color of their grout. Today Sir Grout offers additional services and has franchises operating in CT, NY, NJ, PA, FL, IL and AZ.
Greg has helped lead and expand another mold company on Long Island prior to establishing Global Mold Solutions with his partner who has a backround in construction and real estate. They have grown to be the go to company for realtors, property managers and homeowners throughout Long Island and the surrounding boroughs..
