E.S. General Contracting L.L.C was founded and is owned and operated by an Eagle Scout. In 2012, Eagle Scouts, Joe Chapman and Dustin Higby formed the business. Since then Dustin has moved on to other ventures, however Joe is still running the company in line with the high ideals he gained on his ascension to the rank of Eagle Scout.
Before signing a contract, make sure the electrical, mechanical (heating and air, etc.), or plumbing contractor is properly licensed by the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board.
Oklahoma laws do not require a general contractor doing work in the state to have a state license in Oklahoma.
