Sims Heating and Cooling, Inc., is a third generation mechanical and electrical contractor with a history of heating and cooling experience dating back to 1927. Continuing the family tradition of quality work at reasonable rates, the company is currently operated by John Sims, Jr. who has been working in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and electrical field for over 40 years.
Originally established as a residential contractor in 1987, Sims has grown to provide mechanical and electrical design, service and installation to residential, commercial and health care facilities throughout South Central Michigan. With numerous years of experience, Sims' technicians are factory trained and certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and are able work on systems from the past and those of tomorrow.
