In a 10x10 storage unit and home office preparations to open Fire & Ice started in 2003, with opening day being Jan 2004. The company was started by and owned by, Scott Merritt. In the 7 years the company has grown at an average of 53% per year. In 2009 the company merged a smaller heating and air conditioning company called CR Comfort Group in to its fold. Rodney Winget, previous owner of CR Comfort Group is the General Manager at Fire & Ice. In 2011, Grandpa's Electric Company was purchased and brought in to the company. The company now has 20 employees. This growth is attributed to the sincere concern for customer satisfaction that is represented with everything that we do. The company sponsors and houses equipment for a local Search & Rescue Team. Through its innovation and dedication to excellence, a small one many company has grown in to an industry leader in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Electric field.
