Established in 1952 by Don and Esther Ballard, Ballard's first location was on Emmet Street in Petoskey, Michigan. Purchased by Irma and Jim Rand in 1982 Ballard's has evolved into the "go to" company for northwest Michigan and the Straits area for all residential and commercial plumbing, heating and cooling service and new installation projects. Ballard's has working been working in northwest Michigan with the area's leading manufacturing companies, contractors, government agencies, architects, and service providers for over 65 years.
