Our business was started after the founder (Preston Weatherford) experienced water damage at his own home. He called his insurance company and they sent out a national franchise company to help Preston with his home. The service was very disappointing and the company did a very poor job communicating with Preston and his family. Realizing that other customers must be experiencing the same level of service Preston decided he wanted to help other avoid the awful experience he went through and Independent Restoration Services was born.
