H2O PRO was formed when 2 best friends and their wives decided that they wanted to be in control of their own destinies. One family has three kids under 3 and the other family having a 3 year old and an infant, the owners wanted something they were in control of and could pass on to their children later in life. Thus, H2O PRO, LLC. was born. With over 20 years of combined experience in water damage and mold remediation, Delaware and Maryland have another choice when deciding who can help them when their home has a flood or they find mold in their home.
After years of working with other restoration companies, David wanted could contribute more to people from all walks of life that have dealt with traumatic experiences. When Hurricane Sandy hit, David knew there was a need for proper restorations and remediation services. Which led him to opening his own company and going through extensive training to get the certifications and liceansings he need to get to become a master in all areas of remediation.
New Jersey state laws require any contractors or subcontractors who sell or make home improvements to be registered with compliance to "Contractors' Registration Act".
However, construction permits are issued, as before, by the municipalities in which contractors are working.
A Contractor must be sure to use a written contract if a project costs more than $500.
Any person who makes improvement project of a home he(she) or his(her) family member owns is not required to registered as contractor.
Before hiring a contractor, make sure that they have a valid license and that their skills are appropriate for the job you are planning.
