We planted our business in Idaho Falls, Idaho with the intent to bring truth and friendliness to this growing industry. We heard and experienced awful stories of restoration companies wearing full protective gear to look at a tiny spot of mold in a home and using all kinds of picturesque verbiage with the intent to scare perspective clients into using their service. We do not do that! We never use scare tactics. Looking into the future, we hope to renovate this industry into one which uses friendliness rather than fear.
