Started back in 1960, Lester Buck started a plumbing company known as Cookeville Sewer Service. He keep his business going until 1994 when he passed.
As a young man, Lester's son Jerry Buck, did calls with his father after school and during the summer. In 1972, Jerry started his own company known as of today as Buck's Plumbing & Sewer Service. When Lester passed away, Jerry merged Cookeville Sewer Service into Buck's Plumbing and took over all of Lester's customers.
When Jerry retired in 2011, his son Shane Buck took over and took the company to a new level. Buying out two other company's, Shane has more than tripled this fathers business.
Today, Buck's Plumbing & Sewer Service is the oldest family owned and operated plumbing company in Cookeville, TN and the Upper Cumberland.
