Indy Water Heater and Softener LLC was created because we felt plumbing had become too much of a "big business" and the old ways had been lost. Skilled labor was deteriorating, especially in the residential market and my profession was being tarnished by these "BIG" out of state owned plumbing companies.
We thought to ouselves, "what happened to the days of treating people with respect, charging fairly for a job done right, and using skills learned by years of training, on the job and in an apprenticeship gone".
We are an Indiana born company that brings the Hoosier hospitality, honesty, and the work ethics that Hoosiers deserve and expect.
