JR Roofing was established in 1986 in LeMars, IA and later opened a branch in Kansas City, MO. In 2009 the Iowa branch was sold and the Kansas City branch, now JR&CO, was sold in 2016. In June 2019, JR Roofing was was purchased as a partnership and again has strong ties with JR&CO (the Kansas City-based company).
Established in 2008 after being laid off. Shortly after fellow coworkers were laid off, the company we worked for closed their doors. I placed an ad in the paper to stay busy and over a decade later we're still operating business.
