Hello, I am Carol Lindsey and I bring a unique skill set to the field of home inspections. I am both a Licensed State of Wisconsin Home Inspector as well as a Licensed Professional Engineer. This background gives me a technical advantage over most other home inspectors and provides additional value to home buyers and sellers.
In addition, my 30+ years as a practicing Professional Mechanical Engineer is backed up with over 20 years of hands-on experience in constructing, remodeling, and renovating homes. In my college days, my summer job was being part of a two person construction team. Here I gained experience in all aspects of home construction, including framing, roofing, insulating, electrical, plumbing, flooring, concrete slabs, stone work, and foundations.
