Couto Construction is a family owned and operated company started more than 30 years ago by founder Gil Couto. Two of his sons, Derek and Jason Couto, own the company today. Fun fact: Gil still works for the company, delivering containers and greeting customers at job sites.

Jancon Exteriors is known for its skilled craftsmen and their attention to detail. All of the professional siders/roofers, estimators, and project managers have completed training from the largest manufacturers of siding/roofing products and the largest independent contractors network in the country. Although we have completed many large projects, the majority of our work is in the installation of new siding on residential homes. We also specialize in the installation of roofs on residential properties. Jancon Exteriors also offers the installation of windows and doors.

HIC Registration is not required for installers or providers of central heating and air conditioning, energy conservation devices (excluding solar panels), wall and floor coverings, interior painting, fencing, freestanding masonry walls, landscaping, above ground pools, shutters, awnings, ground level patios, driveways and certain licensed professionals such as architects, electricians and plumbers who provide services that are exclusively within the scope of their profession.
