I worked for a Construction Company performing work all around the town. I went up from a laborer to a leader. I ran a small crew of 4 workers for the contractor. I had learned a lot including steel work, roofing, masonry work, remodeling and much much more. That time I wasn't making good wages and decided to open own corporation. I quit working for that company passed all examinations for masonry brick work and for residential and commercial roofing. After I received all licensing including City of Chicago General Contractor License I went on my own. I run all estimates personally and I'm responsible for each and every sale. I oversee each job from start to finish. I purchase all materials, schedule start dates and run work crews.
