With encouragement from customers and business associates, Dave Smith started 911 Roofing Solutions in April 2013 to promote his own brand of customer service to residents and business owners in southeast Wyoming. 911 Roofing Solutions is a member of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and partners with Habitat for Humanity with donation of materials and labor for new homes. In 2017, John Hensley joined the team, bringing additional experience and expertise to the company. Dave and John are both very committed to taking time to build relationships with clients. This equates to quick response time to requests for estimates, insurance claim assistance, providing options to fit the client's budget, scheduling work according to the client's needs and overall dedication to do whatever it takes to earn the business of each client. In 2018, the company moved into its new location at 1805 Ames Ave. and has added more employees.
The state of Wyoming doesn't issue any contractor license, except electrical. The option to license contractors is delegated to the building department of city or county, where the work is to take place.
