I was first exposed to the building industry when at the young age of 10 helped my father demolish a house and then build a new home for our family. I now have a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Technology and over 20 years residential building experience which includes new construction and remodels.
I started my inspection business in 2009 after deciding to hang up the tool belt. I wanted to do some thing in the building industry so home inspections seems to be a natural fit. I attended the American Home Inspector Training Institute for the training on inspection specific details then joined my state and national inspection associations, getting certified by both of them.
My wife and I decided that we needed to leave California and moved to Montana at the end of 2016. I purchased a home inspection business and began doing inspections there, bringing my inspection bundle of additional services provided with each inspection at no additional cost to the client.
