Bill White started the roofing company in 1969 from his home in Bluff Park, Alabama. His son, Steve, worked under him over the years, learning the ins and outs of the trade. Bill worked 6 days a week and was on the roofs every day until he became ill in 2013. Steve took over the business and has been carrying out his father's legacy ever since. Bill White Roofing set up shop just outside of the Hoover city limits and calls the Over the Mountain area of Birmingham their home.
