Simple Roofing and Exteriors started out as AK Design in Aurora Colorado an an exterior restoration contractor. Alanna Kazmer is an artist that took that design component into her work as owner of the company. Her husband Pasha had been installing roofing, gutters, windows and siding since he was 16 years old. Alanna handled all of the business and Pasha managed the team. Gutters were their specialty. Eventually, they began to focus on Roofing, and they decided to change the name. Over a mountain of spaghetti with her sister and her sisters husband, Aaron...they said that they wanted to keep it Simple. Aaron replied "Name it Simple" And the name change stuck. The motto never did. We have always worked hard to make things that are complicated, Simple for our customers!
