The business was founded by Brian Correll in 1977. Originally he did residential shingle roofs. As the years progressed and the business grew, Brian added metal roofs, standing seam roofs, commercial roofing of all kinds and home improvements including siding and replacement windows. In 1997 Brian Correll Contracting earned the Fulton County of Chamber of Commerce's "Business of the Year" award. In 2010, Brian sold the business to friend, customer and local home builder, Horton Building & Development owned by Scott Horton. Scott brought the two businesses together and it is now one of the largest roofing and residential contractors in the area. Hard work, attention to detail, quality products, experienced craftman, and unexcelled service equals customer satisfaction. And with a new generation in the office including Scott's son Kyle, we look forward to being here another 36 years.
In our years of working in the construction and home improvement industries, we witnessed firsthand the difficulty and frustration of hiring a skilled, competent roofing contractor. As a result, we began focusing on roofing projects ourselves and rebranded as Utica Roof Pros in 2019.
