I am a retired Captain of the US Merchant Marine with previous Contracting and home remodeling experience. Upon moving to rural Idaho with my family from NE Ohio, I took my home inspector training and passed national examinations and I am a fully certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. I maintain 20 credit hours each year of ongoing education to maintain my membership.
