David Charles and Alice Melendez first got together on a working farm in Clark County-- feeding cattle in 20 below, rigging up augers and keeping the old combine running. What started as appreciation for a good co-worker became appreciation for a partner in all things, and today we are family and co-owners of this business. Farming is about solving problems: studying a situation and finding an elegant fix with the available material. The same can be said of a good handyman. We love the work because we like to meet new challenges every day.
David has decades of experience in construction, first in his grandfather's vinyl siding business and later in a metal roofing company out of Winchester. He's also grown up being a handy man in the places he's lived and worked. Alice is a planner first, and her love of making art finds expression today in paint and ceramic tile. She also loves meeting people and hearing their stories. She will listen to your home impr
