The owner, Eric Mills, started in a small garage next to his house in 2012 after working at a Caterpillar dealership as a technician in the service department for 20 years. Since then has moved to a larger shop that employs nearly 30 people.
The business has been in continuous operation since 1988. The current owners purchased the business in November 2012 from the original owner. We have a Mill as well as a Model Home.

Our Roofing business started in 2004 with a single home duplex remodel and Our Work stands for its self. We are still providing excellent service to our customers.
West Virginia does not require a homeowner to be a licensed contractor if they are doing work on their home. The homeowner must state this prior to commencing any work when applying for a building permit. If the homeowner does not do all the work himself, he must hire a contractor who is licensed by the State of West Virginia.
