I worked for many years in a roofing company with good people and a very good working environment, but the owner retired because he is an old person , then work for other roofing companies but we had many problems and much stress by the owners of the company that, they didn't care about the workers just that we did the job no metter how hard it was. This is why I decide to open my own roofing company to create a good working environment with good and responsible people in order to provide better service and have better opportunities for our families
