Began as an alternate repair service on refrigeration and cooling appliances. After 3 years grew more toward ice machines especially Manitowoc Scotsman. In 1995 grew into Hoshizaki, service cleaning sanitizing their products. Also in the 80s and 90s installed Amana Heating and Cooling products. In late 87 added the HVAC Heil InerCity Products under the Comfortmaker name brand. In late 1989 changed all our replacement HVAC equipment to Bryant Brand made by Carrier. Now have added GMC Goodman out of Houston TX and Concord made by Lennox.
Service by these brands now is local and access to parts for them is easy. Plus I don't have to carry a bunch of parts that get truck worn. These are the major highlights.
