We founded Roof WRX, LLC after years of working for other construction companies and realizing the lack of professionalism in the industry. We are dedicated to change the way contractors are thought of. Transparency and communication between the contractor and customer is key. We want to make a difference in the community and we feel that with excellent service and heavy involvement in the community we can achieve that.
Chris Moreno is the owner of Bull Contracting dba Bull Roofing. Previous to Bull Roofing, Chris Moreno served as Director of Recruiting & Training for the nation's largest residential roofing contractor, and one of the top 10 residential and commercial roofing contractors in America. Chris Moreno has also served as the Governor's Liaison to the Missouri Department of Labor & Industrial Relations and the Missouri General Assembly; and one of five appointed to a Missouri Gubernatorial Transition Team.
Missouri does not issue a statewide electrical, plumbing, handyman and general contractor license and delegates licensing and permitting process to the local permitting authority of the city the contractor works in. So a contractor you consider to hire must be in compliance with any local jurisdiction regulations.
