We are a locally owned and operated home inspection and home energy auditing firm located in Central Wisconsin.
We began our business providing home inspection services with formally trained Radon testing that meets national standards. We quickly grew into becoming a trusted resource by our customers and contractors.
In 2009 we went through the rigorous evaluation process to become accepted into the Focus on Energy Program. We quickly received national certification through the Residential Energy Network to become a certified home energy rater. We then obtained additional certification by the Building Performance Institute becoming nationally certified as a Building Envelope Specialist. In 2013 we received our Level 1 Training for Thermography (thermal imaging) for buildings, electrical, Mechanical and low sloped roofing systems.
