I had always been interested in real estate, but never quite had the guts to purchase my first house to flip. In 2002, when I was laid off from my engineering job, I finally had my chance to work in real estate. I began taking the classes and getting the training necessary to become a home inspector. I officially started my business in August of that year, have been working full-time as a home inspector since then. I have conducted over 5000 inspections, and have never regretted my decision!
