Geothermal HVAC Well Drillers must be licensed from Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.

It would include alter, replacement, modernization, or addition to any land or building, such as, swimming pools, porches, driveways, garages, fences, landscaping, fall-out shelters, roofing, painting and etc. This an actual requirement in some counties listed below:
