After spending more than a decade in the window industry, Mr. Wolt found that it had become a broken model and he set out to reverse that by opening a company that would treat its clients like family. My husband and I have over 17 years of experience in the home-improvement and customer service industries. We had been seeing the industry change as more and more homeowners have become fed up with the high-pressure, gimmicky in-home sales pitch. When we found Zen Windows, it was a breath of fresh air! Zen Windows' values and business model aligned perfectly with how we wanted our customers' experience to be. Simple and transparent. We have a NO MONEY DOWN policy, ensuring our customers' total happiness before any money is paid to Zen Windows. The Zen Windows model has completely done away with the in-home sales presentation. Steve has 15 + years of experience in general contracting. With an extensive list of skills and knowledge built up over that time include but not limited to: Trim, Framing, Cabinetry, Remodeling, and more. He started framing in the late 1990's. Over the course of many years he has always come back to general construction. Through his years of working in the general construction field Steve has learned many techniques and sharpened his skills. He understands the importance of doing the job right in order to create something amazing. Steve holds himself to a higher standard. Steve loves building and remodeling; he is passionate about his work, working with his hands is the one job he doesn't feel is a job. Taking something old and making it look new or starting from scratch, every project is a vision waiting to be brought to life.
Originally Burke's Glass & Repairs William Brandt worked for Mr. Burke and eventually purchased the business. Miles Brandt worked for his father and purchased the business around 1984. Matt Brandt went to work for his father in high school and is currently the Vice-President.
