Acadia Residential is part of the Acadia Windows & Doors family of companies and was formed for the sole purpose of providing quality windows, doors and ancillary products and services to the residential home remodeling market.
Acadia Windows & Doors LLC has been producing, manufacturing and selling Windows & Doors for 70 years. In 1947, shortly after the end of WWII, the company was founded in a garage on Route 40 in Rosedale, MD, a suburb of Baltimore. While continuing a solid growth pattern in aluminum products, the company sought new and innovative ways to bring quality products to their customers. In 1973, at the very beginning of the vinyl window industry, Acadia saw the potential of this new material and invested in the materials, tooling and equipment necessary to produce these great new products. Acadia continues to stay ahead of the curve in window and door trends and offerings, providing their customers the quality service and care they have come to know and appreciate.
