My mom decided one day she was going to take an art glass class in the early 80s and from there it turned into a business. We manufactured stained glass windows for a large cabinet company in Ohio . We made a handful of inserts that turned into producing 300 or so every week. Along with all that we made custom pieces that we shipped locally and all over the world. That company still makes stained glass to this day . I moved to Nashville over a decade ago and found my way into glass. I create custom showers for Evans Glass everyday . Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing and HVAC projects
Masonry specialists are required to be licensed as a contractor for projects $100,000 and up.
Geothermal HVAC Well Drillers must be licensed from Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
A license is needed in order to perform any improvements adjacent to the dwelling with total cost ranging from $3,000 to $24,999. It would include alter, replacement, modernization, or addition to any land or building, such as, swimming pools, porches, driveways, garages, fences, landscaping, fall-out shelters, roofing, painting and etc. This an actual requirement in some counties listed below:
